Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is T4 UK Franchise LTD (“T4” or the “Promoter”).

Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider only in this promotion. Universal Orlando is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for administering the promotion, collecting entries or selecting the winner.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of T4, Universal Orlando and their respective affiliates, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, together with members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household.

Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be required.

3. How to Enter

The promotion opens on 5th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on 31st October 2026.

To enter, entrants must complete and submit the official online entry form accessed via:

• * the QR code featured on participating promotional T4 cup sleeves; or
• * the giveaway page on the T4 website.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Internet access and a valid email address are required.

Entry limited to 1 entry per day per valid email address.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. The Prize

There is one prize available.

The winner will receive an eight-day, seven-night trip for the winner and up to one guest to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida.

The prize includes:

• * round-trip economy-class air transportation for the winner and guest from a major commercial airport near the winner's home, as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion;
• * seven nights' standard hotel accommodation based on one room and double occupancy, room and tax only, at Universal Aventura Hotel or another Universal Orlando Resort hotel determined by Universal Orlando;
• * non-exclusive ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Orlando; and
• * Universal Orlando All Parks Tickets providing admission for the winner and guest to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe and Universal Volcano Bay (see Section 8 for certain closure dates).

Approximate retail value: US$6,099.33. ARV may vary depending on points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations.  

5. Travel Conditions

The trip must be completed by 30th November 2027, otherwise the prize will be forfeited without further or alternative compensation.

The trip must be booked at least 60 days before the intended departure date.

Travel dates and arrangements are subject to flight availability, holidays, blockout dates and other travel restrictions, and travel dates are subject to approval by Universal Orlando and T4.

All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time. Once any element has been confirmed, changes may not be permitted.

Winner and guest must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. If the winner travels without their guest, the unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and no cash or alternative compensation will be provided.

Once issued, airline tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced.  Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted.  

6. Age Requirements for Travel

If the winner is aged between 18 and 20, they must travel with someone aged 21 or over in order to check into the hotel.

Unless they are the child or ward of the winner or permitted guest, any guest must be aged 18 or over on the date of departure.

The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

7. What's Not Included

Unless expressly stated above, the prize does not include expenses including:

• * travel insurance;
• * meals and drinks;
• * baggage charges;
• * travel documentation;
• * visas or passports;
• * additional or unspecified ground transportation;
• * gratuities;
• * telephone charges;
• * souvenirs;
• * personal expenses; or
• * incidental expenses.

These costs are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

The winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining any required passports, visas, travel authorisations and other travel documentation at their own expense.

8. Volcano Bay Closure

Universal Volcano Bay water theme park is scheduled to close for maintenance from 26th October 2026 with a currently planned reopening on or around 1st April 2027.  Dates subject to change.  

The winner should check Universal Orlando's website before booking for the latest reopening information.

If the winner chooses to travel while Universal Volcano Bay is closed, admission to the water theme park will be forfeited without alternative substitution or further compensation.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The random selection should be carried out using a verifiably random computer process. T4 will retain appropriate evidence demonstrating that the selection was conducted fairly.

This approach reflects CAP Code requirements for prize draws: where a verifiably random computer process is not used, winner selection should instead be undertaken by or supervised by an independent person. ([ASA][2])

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by T4 using the contact details supplied when entering.

Winner will be contacted within 48 hours of selection.

The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility before the prize is awarded.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 2 days, is unable to accept the prize or is found to be ineligible, T4 reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries in accordance with the same selection procedure.

T4 will provide the confirmed winner's name, mailing address, email address and telephone number to Universal Orlando within 48 hours of awarding the prize so that Universal Orlando can begin fulfilment.

11. Prize Fulfilment

Once Universal Orlando receives the winner's details, its Promotion Fulfillment Department will contact the winner with information about claiming the prize and completing the required winner questionnaire.

Travel arrangements will then be made through Universal Orlando.

12. Data Protection

Personal information submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by T4 for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.

The winner's required contact information will be provided to Universal Orlando for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

Entrant information will not be provided to Universal Orlando for marketing purposes.

Entrants should be provided with a link to the T4 Privacy Policy at the point of entry.

13. Prize Availability and Changes

All elements of the prize are subject to availability and applicable blockout dates.

If circumstances outside the reasonable control of Universal Orlando affect the fulfilment or redemption of any element of the prize, Universal Orlando may modify fulfilment arrangements or timelines and may provide experiences or items of equivalent or greater value where appropriate.

All theme park and show tickets are valid during Universal Orlando normal operating hours only.  Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice.  Unless otherwise noted, all theme park and show tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live®.

All unclaimed and/or unused Prizes or portion thereof will remain the property of Universal Orlando and may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise transferred by winner or guest.

All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

14. No Cash Alternative

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered except where required by law or otherwise expressly determined by the prize provider.

Any difference between the approximate retail value stated and the final value of the trip will not be awarded to the winner.

15. Disqualification

T4 reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that it reasonably believes:

• * are fraudulent;
• * have been generated automatically;
• * use false details;
• * attempt to circumvent any entry restrictions; or
• * otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

T4 is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, lost or not successfully received because of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider only in this promotion; is not a sponsor of this promotion; and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of the entries or the selection of any winner.

Any disputes, claims and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to a person's use of or participation in any portion of the prize involving Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida.  Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.  .

17. General

T4 reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided entrants are treated fairly and applicable promotional rules are followed.

CAP guidance indicates that closing dates and material promotion terms generally should not be changed except in limited circumstances, so I would avoid the broader wording in the old HTTYD terms saying T4 can amend or withdraw the competition "at any time." ([ASA][4])

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that claims specifically against Universal Orlando in connection with the Universal Orlando prize are subject to the Florida law and jurisdiction provisions required by Universal Orlando.
